For Muslim parents & educators of youths, this stage might seem very frustrating as our 11-18 year olds are at that stage where they want to assert their independence, but sometimes through undesirable ways. Sis Suli, founder of @muslimparents.sg and educator of over 10 years teaching 15-17 year olds and with one daughter fast approaching teenagehood, will be sharing tips on how to navigate this difficult phase and how to maintain peaceful communication that is full of trust and respect both ways.

What will be covered:

- Establishing mutual trust and love

- Establishing EFFECTIVE rules and boundaries

- Safe Internet practices tips

- Positive discipline

We will also go through some stories of the way Prophet Muhammad SAW interacted with the youths around him to get some inspiration on how to communicate with our teens peacefully and effectively.
