We believe in using integrative and evidence-based approaches to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
We believe that clients seek out counselling because of a desire for change, and our philosophy is to facilitate this change for clients, avoiding excess or doing any harm.
Without getting too caught up with jargon, we focus on the key aspects of psychotherapy that help make it successful.
