Every Monday, beginning 10 August, 2 audio files and transcripts will be sent to your email. After you have listened to the lessons, you are encouraged to think through, jot down, and submit your answers to some reflection questions that we have prepared each week.

At the end of each week, we will have a LIVE reflection session, where we will discuss the answers and answer questions that may arise from the lessons. 

Live reflection sessions are held on Sundays, 11am-12pm, during the 4 weeks of the course.
